We look to invest in manufacturing, service or distribution companies with the following attributes:  EBITDA of $750,000 to $2,000,000.  We will selectively look at larger transactions. Based in the Mid-West and Mid-Atlantic regions.  We will look at situations in other areas, primarily East of the Mississippi. Owners or mangement teams that wish to continue with the business or will commit to a transition period of at least one year.
